Who We Are

Operating since 1956, the Greater Victoria Housing Society (GVHS) owns and manages 12 apartment buildings Greater Victoria.  We provide affordable housing:

• 559 apartments for seniors and adults with disabilities
• 12 assisted living units for seniors
• 91 townhouses and apartments for families.

We are a registered charity and one of the larger non-profit social housing organizations in British Columbia.  
The GVHS is governed by a volunteer board of directors.
