Our Capital Building Fund is used to buy or build apartment buildings, increasing the number of affordable housing units we offer.

We are seeking donations to buy suitable development property and build new units.  We work with experienced partners who have planning, development and construction expertise.

We also look for existing rental buildings in fair to good condition.  With a large down payment, we can keep the building in good repair, extent its economic life and set rents at below market rates.

Our goal is a Capital Building Fund of $2 million so that we can move quickly when a suitable building becomes available.
