Laurie is an engaging professional who has spent the majority of her career in the financial services industry, and as an active real estate investor and entrepreneur. She is currently one of the directors of Crown Capital Properties, a Victoria based real estate development company.
Laurie spent a number of years residing in the Caribbean where she served on the Rotary Club of Antigua as their Director of Fund Raising. She found this to be a very rewarding way to contribute and give back to the community, and feels the same way about having the opportunity to sit on the Board of the GVHS. Laurie feels very fortunate to be selected as part of such a talented, dedicated, and passionate group of professionals who share her belief that everyone should have access to safe and affordable living.
Laurie enjoys travelling, paddle boarding, yoga, hiking, and exploring all the beauty that Vancouver Island has to offer.
