Ralph is a retired wildlife biologist who spent the first half of his career in wildlife research and the second in natural resource policy work. He worked in Ontario, the NWT, the Yukon and British Columbia.

Ralph has volunteered on many provincial and federal boards, volunteered in his community, coached hockey, baseball and soccer and is past president of a local golf course. Ralph is also a keen birdwatcher and woodworker.

Ralph believes that housing is a fundamental human need and that being part of an organization that provides affordable housing is a way of contributing to our community.

He really appreciates the focus and determination of all staff and Board members on achieving the goal of providing affordable housing in our community.
