Campbell Lodge

Campbell Lodge is a 7-story subsidized apartment building in the Fairfield neighbourhood of Victoria. It has 100 units for 55+ and persons with disabilities, including 75 studios and 25 1-bedroom units. The building has 2 elevators, pay secured underground parking, pay washer and dryer laundry room, tenant common area on the first floor and rooftop patio. Heat pumps were installed in each unit in 2022 which provide air conditioning.
